The Restaurant Berggasthof „Zum Hias“ is known for
its cuisine in Russbach and all throughout the Lammertal area.

and hungry skiers, come see us for a hearty cold cuts snack and
a freshly drawn beer from Salzburg or warm up with a steaming
cup of tea. Or do you happen to feel more like typical Austrian
cheese pasta or the famous national pastry that goes by the name
of Apfelstrudel? At the Hias, we are happy to accommodate all
of your culinary needs!
The Hias is frequented
by gourmets coming from both near and far in order to indulge
in our excellent cuisine. The Restaurant „Zum Hias“
takes care of birthdays, weddings
and baptisms as well as simply offering a great
meal with nice people and an exquisite bottle of wine. For romantics,
we offer the “Candle-light dinner for two”. Treat
yourself to a couple of relaxing hours with great food in the

Harts and Alexander Rettenbacher like to pick only the best ingredients

menu of the day will be the day after tomorrow!

During the wintertime and in the case of unpleasant road conditions,
we are happy to meet you by the church Russbach to pick you up and
bring you back free of charge. |
